سياسة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال :
يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ( 12 ) ساعة من استلام الطلب في حالة وجود عيوب في الطلب أو خلافا لما تم طلبه وذلك عن طريق التواصل على الرقم ( 0555580963) ويحتفظ التطبيق بكامل الحق في التحقق من صحة الشكوى ومعالجتها خلال (48) ساعة.
الإلغاء أو تغيير الطلب يجب إبلاغنا بأي تغيير في الطلب قبل غضون ساعة في نفس يوم العمل. إذا كان خارج هذا الجدول الزمني ، فلا يمكننا ضمان التغيير أو الإلغاء

سياسة إعادة المبالغ :
إذا كان الدفع عن طريق البطاقات الإتمانية او ما يشابهها يتم إعادة المبلغ لحساب العميل خلال (15) يوم عمل ( حسب سياسة البنك وغير ذلك من وساءل الدفع خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل.

الشحن والتوصيل
يلتزم تطبيق ( نارمو ) بتوصيل الطلبات في الوقت المحدد والى المكان المحدد إلا في حالة وجود ظروف استثنائية .الوقت المحدد للانتظار السائق لاستلام الطلب هي ( 15 دقيقة ) كحد أقصى. ولا يحق للعميل إلزام المندوب بتوصيل الطلب إلى عنوان أخر.

Return or exchange policy:
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within (12) hours of receiving the order in the event of defects in the order or contrary to what was requested by contacting the number (0555580963) and the application reserves the full right to verify the validity of the complaint and process it within (48) hours.
Cancellation or change of order We must be notified of any change in the order within one hour on the same business day. If it is outside this time frame, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation

Refund policy:
If payment is made by credit cards or similar, the amount will be returned to the customer’s account within (15) business days (according to the bank’s policy and other means of payment within three business days.

Shipping and delivery
The (Narmo) application is committed to delivering orders at the specified time and to the specified location except in exceptional circumstances. The specified time for the driver to wait to receive the order is (15 minutes) maximum. The customer does not have the right to oblige the representative to deliver the order to another address.
